Vevve has a degree in public health science with a focus on social psychology and conversation coaching, and has worked with health and exercise for sixteen years. In addition to many yoga teacher and body therapy educations, Vevve has also studied sports medicine and psychology.

Vevve is the founder of Everyday Yoga School with yoga teacher trainings and in-depth workshops. She has also developed Self-Exploratory Conversation (Självutforskande samtal®); a form of therapy that combines guided conversation, movement and self-reflection. She also runs the podcast Calibrate Your Inner Compass where she inspires and concretizes to live a more heartfelt life. Vevve's driving force is to work for sustainable health and self-awareness by making it easy to understand, accessible and personal.

2021 came the book Yoga för mindre stress, mer energi & bättre sömn, which Vevve wrote together with Majja Lund.

Education:

  • Public health science, specialization in social psychology at the University of Skövde, Sports Medicine Karolinska University.

Since I completed my first yoga teacher training, I have been able to accumulate several 200-hour and 100-hour trainings as well as in-depth workshops and advanced 300 hours, which have provided E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500 for you who measure in the Yoga Alliance. Some of the trainings are:
