Mary-Lou Richards Nilsson

Mary-Lou is a naprapat who i specialized in women's health with further education at Brunel University in Pelvic Health. She works with the treatment of the pelvic floor, pain in the musculoskeletal system, training and counseling.

Mary-Lou likes all movement and trains herself to be strong and have stamina in everyday life. She tries to practice versatile; strength, fitness and mobility, and in her role as naprapist she wants to help others find the joy in movement and build strong and sustainable health.
