Linda has a background in sports and dance and has taught Pilates for over 20 years. In 2005, Linda and Jasmin Salhi started Gothenburg's first Pilates studio at Hagabadet and in 2010 they opened the Pilates Complete studio.

In 2021, Linda and Jasmin founded Pilates Complete Education, a modern Pilates trainer training program that, in addition to teaching, also takes a holistic approach to what is needed to work as a full-time pilates trainer.

In addition to pilates, Linda has a great passion for acro yoga, running, and health activities, and she is the author of the book Kalla bad, which was published by Bonnier Fakta in 2018.

Linda guides individuals and companies to more sustainable health through various assignments and is fascinated by the body's fantastic ability to change. She is inspired by how we humans can inspire each other to do great deeds. Together we are strong!

Education: Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Levels 1 & 2: Essential, Intermediate, (IMP) Advanced Matwork (AM), Reforms (IR), Cadillac, Chair & Barrels (CCB) and Injuries and Special Populations (ISP) for Carita Lesche. A number of STOTT PILATES® workshops on tools such as ex. Ball, Foam Roller, Fitness Circle, Mini Stability Ball, Flexband, Stability Cushions etc.. Further training in specialized workshops such as Prenatal / Postnatal, Golf, Athletic Conditioning, Older adults, Pilates for Teens, STOTT PILATES® lectures in anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation and training such as Osteoporosis, Knee Function and stability, etc. for among others Moira Merrithew, PJ O'Clair, John Garey.Undergraduate training in the ZENGA ™ Equipment Instructor Foundation Course, Level 1 and Total Barre ™ Endurance with Music. Educated in Garuda® Standing & Seated Matwork, Garuda® Apparatus, and in Garuda® Chakra (Foam roller) Garuda® Reformer and Garuda® Dhara (Chair) for James D'Silva. Further training in Pilates Matrix / Performance Stability for Sarah Mottram and Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians for Manual and Movements Therapists for James Earls.Licensed Personal Trainer in Global Yoga Power and such Workshops in Global Yoga for Johanna Andersson.
