Anna Gordh Humlesjö has developed her own vinyasa flow yoga style, where creative, smart and pleasurable sequences of movement meet influences from modern dance, "yoga off the mat", Shiva Rea's 'Prana Vinyasa®' and exciting research concerning mindfulness and personal development. Compassion for ourselves, each other and the world is central throughout everything she does. She has been practicing yoga and dance for 20 years, worked as a yoga teacher since 2008 and uses yoga as a platform for social engagement.

When she does not lead workshops and retreats in for example Norway, France or Costa Rica, she is a highly appreciated yoga teacher in her homecity Stockholm. Anna's strength is thoughtful teaching and ability to create a community. Both new and experienced yoga students are guided to develop their potential side by side.

Education: Anna has a BA in cognitive neuroscience and positive psychology with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. With a background in Ashtanga yoga, she has studied for pioneers within modern yoga all over the world - among others Shiva Rea and Michael Stone.
