Unwinding from the day and Preparing for Sleep

Join us for this 30-minutes class where we’ll work with the breath and guided meditation to help you to unwind from the day and prepare for a restful night's sleep. Most of the breath practice will be guided as a seated practice. For the meditation portion you will have the option to lay down and you can bring anything to support your body for a seat and/or savasana set up.
