Yogic Arts 50h with Duncan Wong

Date: 09 October 2026 - 11 October 2026Location: Musikens hus, GöteborgInstructor: Duncan Wong & Johanna Hector

A once-only Pop-Up 50h training with Duncan Wong

Yogic Arts is where yoga, martial arts, healing bodywork, dance and Zen meet in one living practice.

Created by Duncan Wong, Yogic Arts is a dynamic and deeply intelligent movement system that explores how the body is built for both structure and flow. The practice awakens strength without stiffness, mobility without collapse, power without aggression, and presence without performance.

In this 50h Global Yoga Pop-Up training, you will experience Duncan’s signature approach to Vinyasa Chikitsa, breath-motion therapy, and learn how stance, core, breath, bandha, transitions and contact work can transform the way you practice, move and teach.

This training is offered as a Pop-Up. It is outside our regular Global Yoga education calendar and is planned as a rare one-time opportunity.

What is Yogic Arts?

Yogic Arts is Duncan Wong’s synthesis of yoga, martial arts, healing bodywork, dance and mindfulness. It is a method for the modern yogi who wants to understand movement as more than exercise.

The practice builds from the idea that the body is a living architecture. Bones create structure. Joints create pathways. Muscles create movement and stability. Breath creates rhythm. Attention creates meaning. When these layers begin to work together, vinyasa becomes more than a sequence. It becomes a way of listening. A way of healing. A way of returning to the intelligence already living inside the body.

In Duncan’s words, the path begins with one essential mantra: Know your body. Know the universe.
