This restorative Yoga Nidra class is designed to support deep relaxation and calm your nervous system. While lying down in complete comfort, you'll be gently guided through a body scan and subconscious imagery to help release physical, mental, and emotional tension. With soothing cues and symbolic language, the practice activates your parasympathetic nervous system – inviting deep rest and inner stillness.

Grab a blanket, eye mask, or any props you need to feel supported, and let yourself be guided into rest.

Brooke is an internationally travelling yoga teacher and co-founder of Back2Roots Retreats, hosting transformative yoga and meditation retreats around the world. Brooke’s teachings are deeply rooted in the ancient teachings of Yoga and Tantra and the potent transmissions of the esoteric mystics.
