Loving kindness meditation
A guided meditation practice in a restorative resting posture. The meditation is inspired by the Buddhist meditation practice of Loving Kindness, also known as Metta Bhavana in Pali language. This meditation aims to cultivate compassion, love and acceptance for yourself and others. It is a gentle and nourishing practice that can be done at any time of the day.
Eleonora teaches Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Trauma adapted Yoga. She has taught yoga since 2008. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and registered as an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance.
