A short lecture on why there are different breathing techniques for different purposes. Some techniques affect us in a calming way, others in an energizing manner and then there are techniques that work towards balancing the systems. How and why is that? Ulrica explains in this short talk.

About the instructor

Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
