A short guided relaxation with James that focuses towards realeasing and observing where we hold tension and resistance both our bodies and our minds. This instruction can be a short practice on its own as a mini break during the day or before you go to sleep. The focus is towards releasing unwanted tension with our inner awareness together with the breath.
About the instructor
James Fox M.A. is the founder and director of the Prison Yoga Project (PYP) and he has been teaching yoga and meditation to prisoners at San Quentin Prison since 2002. He is consulted in prisons and jails in a number of states in USA.
