A slow-paced chair practice that includes gentle yoga stretches to release tension around the back, neck, and shoulders. The movements prepare you for a 10-minute seated meditation practice followed by a supine rest for recovery.
A useful practice to do if you are short on time and need a simple and effective practice to help release tension, re-center yourself and calm down your body and mind. This session can be practiced any time during the day.
