About this session
In this class we explore how using blocks allows the asanas (postures) to be more accessible so that you can redirect your focus to the deeper subtleties of what you feel. Practically, yoga blocks bring the earth up to you so that you don't need to compromise space, just to reach the earth.
Blocks encourage you to dig deeper and expand your internal limits. You'll need two yoga blocks or two thicker books.
