Shaking är en aktiv form av meditation som blixtsnabbt leder uppmärksamheten ner i kroppen. About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.
