About this session

Lär dig tekniken för gående meditation för en större möjlighet att föra in meditationen i vardagen. I gående meditation har vi hela vår uppmärksamhet på fötternas förnimmelser och dess rörelse. Detta är en teknik vars huvudsyfte är att bygga upp koncentrationen, vilket ofta gör det lättare att sedan sitta i stilla meditation (lite som yoga och andra aktiva meditationer).

Innan du sätter igång, börja med att hitta en raksträcka på ett par meter som du ska gå fram och tillbaka på när vi övar tillsammans.

About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.
