A guided meditation that is practiced while sitting. A brief scan of the body is introduced followed by the introduction of a mudra (hand gesture) that is combined with a set of repetitive arm movements to cultivate a sense of bodily strength and determination.
A simple mantra is weaved into the practice to connect mind and body by bringing the intention of strength and focus deeper into our consciousness through a mental affirmation.

Eleonora teaches Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Trauma adapted Yoga. She has taught yoga since 2008. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and registered as an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance.
