About this session

För dig som är lite mer erfaren och inte behöver guidning genom meditationen – följ med på en naturskön shaking med endast musik. Hitta närvaro, stressa ner och läk kroppen med shaking, denna aktiva form av meditation. Bry dig inte om hur du ser ut på utsidan, skaka bort tankar, spänningar och släpp kontrollen. Du kan välja mellan små skakningar eller större – känn efter vad du behöver. Fötterna är djupt rotade i marken men resten av kroppen är avslappnad. Detta är en av de äldsta formerna av läkning som finns i världen för att bli av med stress, skador och sjukdomar.

About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.
