About this session
Welcome to a twisting and lengthening flow designed to rinse and refresh both body and mind. In this practice, you’ll take time to build a strong foundation in each twist, allowing for a deep and spacious experience. Gentle backbends and heart-opening movements are woven in to mobilize the spine in all directions — offering a soothing, full-body release.
Alongside the physical practice, you’re invited to reflect on the emotional states you carry. What if a mood is simply an emotion that overstayed its welcome? As you move and breathe, notice the feelings that arise. Do they serve you? Can you release what no longer supports your well-being, and make space for something new?
