About this session

Väck kroppen mjukt och inkännande, lager för lager. Du börjar liggande på mage för att sedan röra dig mot höftparti och bröstkorg. Mellan positionerna rör du dig lite mera aktivt men fortfarande långsamt för att låta nervsystem, bindväv och så småningom även muskler få möta dagen.

Klassen kan utföras i sängen direkt på morgonen eller på yogamattan. Du behöver ett bolster eller en kudde. Passar alla som vill ha en lugn skön start på dagen.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
