About this session

En klass med mjuka övergångar för dig som önskar göra övningar i rehabiliterande syfte efter en hamstringsskada, skada i muskulatur på baksidan av låret. Om du skadat dina hamstrings bör man undvika framåtfällningar under flera månader framåt. Du får yoga loss utan framåtfällningar, samtidigt som du stärker dina hamstrings.
