About this session

A meditative practice to stimulate the third eye by rubbing on the frontal lobes with the palm of your hand. This is a practice to cultivate innovation, and intuition and to polish the lens of perception – the focus of your mind.

The hands will form an active mudra (hand gesture) during the meditation, to experience a stronger sensation. While rubbing the frontal lobes, you will synchronize the rubbing with the powerful breathing technique called the breath of fire.

It's recommended to have some experience with breathing practices. If you are new to this, be mindful and listen to yourself.
