About this session

En yinyogaklass med fokus på att röra ryggraden i alla dess riktningar, så att musklerna som håller ryggen kan få sträckas ut och släppa på spänningar. En klass som passar dig som sitter mycket framför datorn och för dig som känner av smärta i nacke, axlar och ländrygg. About the instructor

Moa Westman

Moa was born and raised in Norrland's interior. There she holds yoga retreats, yoga training, workshops, and personal yoga lessons. She strongly believes in exploring the body's possibilities rather than focusing on its limitations.
