About this session
The essence of trauma-informed yoga is to find ways to create safety in the body. Although breathing techniques are extremely helpful, sometimes their sheer power can feel overwhelming.
By pairing a scent that is reminiscent of positive memories with breathing, we naturally associate positive experiences with breathing techniques and facilitate greater ease in cultivating personal transformation.
