About this session

Har du svårt att somna, vaknar ofta eller upplever generellt att du skulle vilja sova bättre kan en regelbunden återhämtande praktik vara till hjälp. Johanna guidar dig genom en yinyoga där dagen får rinna av dig och förbereda dig för en god natts sömn. Första positionen är en stående framåtfällning och fortsätter sedan till sittande och liggande positioner. Mellan positionerna får du också röra dig mjukt och långsamt.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
