About this session

En klass där du får stärka upp dina fötter och fotvalv i dynamiska sekvenser. Bara genom att vara barfota uppmuntrar du dina fötter att jobba med de små musklerna. En skonsam klass för dig som utövar aktiviteter med belastning på fötter och fotleder såsom löpning, fotboll och innebandy, eller om du bara vill ge dina fötter lite extra fokus och kärlek. Klassen fungerar som en rehabklass såväl som en förebyggande prehabklass.

Du kommer behöva ha tillgång till två block (alternativt två tjockare böcker) och ett yogabälte. (alternativt ett skärp eller liknande).
