About this session
This tantric meditative exercise has the purpose of stimulating the microcosmic orbit, the energy that circulates in the body through the two energetic meridians in the body. It aims to increase the sensitivity of the nervous system by tilting and tucking the pelvis and holding the breath with tension and release.
The practice has soft background music. Your sense of taste, smell, vision, touch, and sound, may increase and more sensitivity, texture, and pleasure may be added to your experience of life. Amir starts by explaining the philosophy behind the mudra (hand gesture) and how to practice it, after that you do the practice together.
