About this session

Magont kan bero på många olika saker. Dessa varsamma övningar kan hjälpa till att lugna magen, andetaget och tanken. När den fysiska kroppen får slappna av och spänningar släppa så skulle också magontet kunna lindras. Även mjuk cirkulation och flöde kan minska smärta av mensvärk. Övningarna är både sittande och liggande och fokuserar på andetaget, magen, bröstkorgen och höfterna.

Inga förkunskaper behövs och övningarna som görs med bolster kan även göras med kuddar eller mot en stol eller soffkant. Klassen är framtagen specifikt för ungdomar, men fungerar fint för alla, oavsett ålder.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
