Step into your strength with this dynamic and empowering flow. In this class, you’ll move through a playful sequence of standing balances, side-body activations, and strong lateral shapes — all building toward a powerful, superhero-inspired posture.
Drawing from warrior poses, side plank variations, and standing balance work, this class challenges both stability and coordination. Backbends are woven in throughout to open the front body and counterbalance the deep engagement of core and side-body muscles.
Expect a fun, progressive sequence that helps you cultivate strength, focus, and a sense of embodied power — for all genders and every kind of superhero.
About the instructor
