About this session

En kortare klass som ger kroppens övre delar lite extra kärlek. Kroppsdelarna som bär våra händer – armar, axlar, nacke och även ansikte, kan ibland behöva lite extra omsorg för att vi ska kunna skapa fritt. Frigör för att möjliggöra din vision, skapa något som du står för! Du börjar i en skön bakåtböjning/bröstöppnare för att sedan flöda igenom stående och fyrfota positioner. Du behöver ett bolster (alternativt en tjock kudde), yogablock (alternativt exempelvis stora böcker) samt ett yogabälte (alternativt ett skärp eller liknande).

En klass för dig som har viss vana vid att yoga och som vill ha en skön paus under dagen eller väcka kroppen på morgonen. Perfekt för att mjuka upp vid mycket stillasittande.
