About this session

En lugnande klass att avsluta dagen med och förbered dig för sömn, låta kroppen och tankar stilla sig och göra plats för den återhämtande natten. Du guidas genom liggande positioner och klassen kan utföras i sängen eller på en yogamatta. I yinyoga håller du varje position ett par minuter, använd dig av kuddar eller bolster som stöttning så att det inte smärtar någonstans i dig.

Klassen passar alla och är en påminnelse om vilan och tyngden nedåt, låt musklerna få vila, hela dig landa i djupare lager av dig själv och kroppen få slappna av mer och mer. Sov gott!

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
