About this session

90-talets aerobic lockar och bjuder in till glädje och puls. Du behöver inte ha någon taktkänsla för att hänga med, rör dig i ditt eget tempo och takt. Vi sätter inte ihop stegen till koreografi, vi njuter av dem i dess frihet.

Du får inleda med en yogasekvens, följt av stora, aerobicinfluerade steg, fyrfota och liggande styrka och avslutande meditativ avslappning. About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
