About this session

En klass för dig som vill öka styrka och rörlighet i dina handleder, och därmed förebygga problem och smärta. Du kommer få med dig tekniker hur du kan minska belastningen i dina händer och ta hand om dina handleder, framförallt på yogamattan men också utanför.
