About this session

Mona guidar dig till att ta på dig dina kärleksglasögon för att uppmärksamma allt det vackra som också finns runt omkring dig. Du får rikta fokus mot det positiva och aktivt motverka hjärnans tendens att uppmärksamma det negativa. Det är en fin övning för att öva upp balansen mellan att orka ta in det svåra runtomkring och stärka förmågan att se det positiva som kan bidra till kraft och ork till förändring och också glädje.

Gör gärna övningen, som är formad som en meditation, när du befinner dig på olika platser, när du är i liv och rörelse, gåendes, på ett café, i kollektivtrafiken, i parken och så vidare.
