About this session

This restorative session focus on the six movements of the spine to encourage mobility and freedom around the torso area. The postures serve to connect you with the breath and to activate the body’s relaxation response by resting in stillness for longer periods of time.

A useful practice if you feel the need to release tension around the torso area, connect with your breath and calm down your state of mind. If you feel drained, restless or find it difficult to sleep then this can be a useful practice that helps you slow down and rest. This practice can be done any time of day. If possible, leave two hours between a meal and this practice.
