About this session

En skön avslappningssekvens med väldigt lugna rörelser och andningsövningar. Klassen utförs liggande på rygg och börjar med några enkla och lugnande positioner som hjälper dig komma ner i kroppen. Efter detta gör du en andningsövning och avslutar med en guidad avslappning. Lägg gärna ett bolster eller en kudde under dina knän under avslappningen för att slappna på djupet.

Klassen passar fint innan du ska gå och lägga dig, för att finna lugnet och varva ner efter dagen. Utför den på yogamatten eller i sängen, där det känns bäst för dig.
