About the instructor
Ingebjørg Vesaas
Ingebjørg owns, and is head teacher at, YOGALOFTET in Oslo together with Anita Abrahamsen. She has worked with body and expression throughout her adult life and 10 years as a professional dancer/practitioner as well as teaching children and adults in different forms of dance since she was 15 years old.
