Body & breath awareness meditation
A guided meditation that is practiced lying down in a comfortable resting position. The practice involves bringing attention to different parts of the body, noticing present moment sensations in the body, and to consciously allow for the body to rest and drop into a state of relaxation. The meditation also explores the sensation and movement of the breath as a way to connect with the deeper and more subtle sensations of the body.
Feel free to use a blanket, a bolster and an eye pillow to set yourself up comfortably.
