About this session

En rehab- & prehabklass som gör dig starkare i och runt nacken och ger ökad medvetenhet om hur du bäst jobbar med huvudet för att ge avlastning i nacken. Många har en arbetsposition sittandes framför en dator, vilket kan ge en känsla av obehag i nacke. Du kommer behöva ha två block (alternativt ett par tjockare böcker) och en filt tillhanda.

Klassen passar fint för alla men speciellt dig som har ett stillasittande arbete. Kombinera gärna med Rehabyoga för bröstryggen och Rehabyoga för handlederna.
