This class incorporates gentle yoga stretches together with two breathing exercises that serve to balance the nervous system and release tension in the body and mind. The session finishes with a basic restorative rest for optimal relaxation and recovery.
This can be a useful practice if you feel the need to re-charge your energy in a grounding and calming way. This practice is recommended to do in the daytime, preferably on an empty stomach.
