About this session

A complete sequence including slow paced yoga movements that focus on increasing strength and mobility in the body. This is followed by a calming restorative posture and a 10-minute seated meditation. The session finish in a basic restorative resting pose for optimal relaxation.

This class is for you who want a slow paced full-body movement program that helps to strengthen and stretch through the entire body, it energizes you as well as calms you down and offers optimal rest and recover. Can be practiced any time during the day.

About the instructor

Eleonora Ramsby Herrera

Eleonora teaches Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Trauma adapted Yoga. She has taught yoga since 2008. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and registered as an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance.
