About this session

Take part in a soothing breathing meditation to calm down your nerves. You’ll practice a breathing pattern to slow down the rhythm of the breath, which will communicate to the body to relax.

This is a meditation that may teach the body to step away from shallow breathing and re-educate the breathing apparatus to a more complete breath. You can take part in this class at work or when you feel stressed. Approximately 6-10 rounds of the breathing cycle are recommended.

It's recommended to have some experience with breathing practices. If you are new to this, be mindful and listen to yourself.

Amir Jaan

Amir is classically trained in the Spiritual Art of Kundalini Yoga and has been practicing yoga for almost two decades. Having conducted in excess of 30,000 public and private classes in London and across the world, Amir brings a reassuring calmness into any learning environment, be it group or one to one.
