About this session

Ta en paus och kom hem till dig själv. Genom stora, svepande, rullande och gungande rörelser får du skapa närvaro i kroppen och i stunden, minska stress och motverka stillasittande. Rörelserna är enkla och förblir stående hela klassen. Du behöver inte byta om utan kan göra den när som helst på dagen när du suttit länge, när tankarna spinner iväg eller stressen kommer krypandes. Att landa i kroppen en liten stund kommer både lugna och ge energi länge.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
