About this session
A calming and soothing breathing technique. Chandra means ”Moon” in sanskrit and refers to the left side of the body and left nostril. The opposite as Surya Bhedana technique-wise. In this breathing exercise, you inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the right.
Chandra Bhedana is a great technique to use when under pressure and heated conditions. It is a cooling technique that can help you to wind down and can be a great exercise for the evening.
