About this session

Varva ner efter dagen och öva på att känna tacksamhet för de fina sakerna i livet. Enkla, mjuka rörelser hjälper dig först att landa i kroppen, och därmed lugna sinnet, följt av en tacksamhetsövning. Lugna sinnet och kom närmare dig själv, på djupet, långt bortom vardagens informationsflöden och att-göra-listor.
