Släpp på spänningar i, och kring ögonen för att mjuka upp, lyfta och slappna av. Du får stretcha ögonmuskulaturen genom att exempelvis titta åt olika håll, öppna stänga ögonen och mjukt dutta runt ögonen för att stimulera huden och skapa cirkulation runt om.

Att medvetet och närvarande jobba med ögonen är både stärkande och vilsamt. Du behöver inga förkunskaper och kan göra detta var som helst och när som helst, perfekt som en paus vid exempelvis mycket skärmtid.
