Sofie is a certified breathwork guide with a vision of creating a space where people can simply be — without titles, expectations or the pressure to perform. A space that allows you to pause and truly listen inward, where that inner voice can be taken seriously — the voice we don’t always give enough attention to.

Through the breath, Sofie works with the body, not against it. She guides people back to their own rhythm and inner compass. Her work is not about becoming someone else — but about having the courage to be more of who you already are. In her classes, she invites you into your own inner arena — a space where you can check in with yourself, land in your body and explore what is present within you.

With a background in elite sports, Sofie has played basketball for more than 25 years, both in the US and in Sweden’s top division. For many years, her life was shaped by performance, with training, nutrition and being the best at the centre of it all. Recovery was something that was talked about, but never truly explored in depth. Through breathwork, Sofie discovered a new dimension of recovery — one that is not about pushing yourself to achieve more, but about connecting with the body, understanding the nervous system’s responses and becoming aware of what is happening beneath the surface.

The breath is Sofie’s tool for regulating the nervous system and cultivating greater presence. Today, she uses breathwork to help others find a deeper connection with themselves through the breath.
