For Pia yoga means balance and health in all levels of life. She started practicing yoga to rehabilitate an injury. The result was magic even though the main focus at first was the physical aspect. The more she practiced and studied the more fascinated she found the yogic system and it opened doors that she did not know existed, both physically and mentally. There and then she found her path in life – yoga. She now owns and runs the company SattvaYoga.

Pia has a big passion for horseback riding, so she invented a system ”SattvaYoga for riders” where the train, both Swedish and international riders up to Grand Prix.

Education: ISHTA-500h, Hatha 200h, Vinyasa 200h, Anusara insp, Yin yoga, Therapeutic and MediYoga. She is also a Cognitive behavior therapist and yoga massage therapist.
