Mike holds interactive philosophy lectures with a light-hearted and approachable style, combining a humorous approach with the latest academic knowledge.

In this way, Mike attempts to make the complexities of yoga’s history and philosophy more understandable, memorable and ultimately more entertaining, through games, role-play, cartoons and contemplative meditations.

Mike is originally from the UK, but now lives in the countryside of Midtsjælland, Denmark. He also speaks Danish well, and can most often be found chatting about philosophy somewhere in the Nordics. Outside of the shala, Mike has traveled extensively, working as an expedition leader with charities and youth in South America, China and Africa. In Copenhagen, he taught kayaking, and worked with a Danish business university, before full-time following his passion to help people figure out their philosophies.
