A workshop where we take things to the next level of understanding within Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Working from the inside out we dive into the internal alignment of the physical and energic body which will support the outer structure and alignment of the asanas that we continue to learn and as always conscious breathing will always be a cornerstone in your practice.
In this workshop we cover Mula bandha, Uddiyana bandha, Jalandhara bandha.
