Life Force – meditation
About this session
Everyone should take time out once a day to meditate. Meditation doesn't need to be in the lotus pose for an hour. Your mediation can be anything you make out of it. It can be to go out in nature, or sit in a tub and light some candles. The most important thing is to take the time out to actually do nothing.
Life Force comes from digging deep within yourself, and instead of listening to others finding what ignites your fire, what keeps you going, and what helps you create the life you really want.
