About the training
Are you ready to evolve? To dive deep within and learn about yourself so that you can be of service to others? This is a unique and intensely transformative training combining yoga and meditation based therapy. Delivered in modules at Urban OM over 24 months and integrated with residential retreats held at Baravara, Center for Personal Growth in Dalarna, Sweden.
